I’ve lived here since 2019 and they went the fanciest place to live but it’s clean and they are pretty quick to come fix issues, Wes even came to install an in window cooler I bought for myself, they didn’t need to do that but Wes and Tom actually seem to care about making this place great!

Lived here almost 2 years and plan on staying a few more. Management has always come through on fixing problems. Incredibly well priced, and conveniently located while still having a hidden, quiet quality. Just wish we had better parking, but meh, whaddyagunnado?🤷🏼‍♂️

Great management and spacious apartments! I live in a two bedroom and absolutely love it--the kitchen is huge! It's a great community and a wonderful place to live at a great price. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever about the complex or the management, all is wonderful:)

I have lived here for about 2 and a half years. the place is pretty nice a little older but it is nice. all the neighbors are great and I have not had any issues since I have lived here. great neighborhood and great pricing on the apartments.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I have loved it! Great location for a great price. I’ve never had to wait longer than a couple days for any maintenance issues to be addressed. I get boxelder bugs but that’s literally it so that’s pretty great too. 10/10 would recommend 😊

We have loved living here. The new manager has been so nice and helpful with any issues that we've had. It's on the smaller side but it's also cheaper so you get what you pay, perfect for our small family. There is a pool and laundry on sight. They have also been working on alot of things to make it look nicer too. Overall a great apartment and place to call home. :)
